Tax-Deductible Donations
Your contributions to STLVGMO are tax-deductible under sections 2055, 2106, and 2522 of the Internal Revenue Code. This means:
- Estate Tax Deductions (Section 2055): Charitable bequests to STLVGMO may be deducted from your estate
- Gift Tax Deductions (Section 2522): Gifts to STLVGMO may qualify for gift tax deductions
- Income Tax Deductions: Your donations may be deductible on your federal income tax return
